Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Technical Support Engineer fluent in French and English to join our Technical Support team.

You will be a trusted technical resource for our Qualified Success team and a critical link between customers, Engineering, and Product, troubleshooting complex issues to deliver a seamless customer experience. You'll manage requests across live chat, email, and phone, diagnose issues with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced, and collaborate with

Qualifications

Fluency in French and English is required.
2–4 years of relevant work experience in technical support or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize customer support requests across live chat, email, and phone, owning cases from initial investigation through final resolution.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues using Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Work with Engineering to identify root causes and elevate product bugs, and share customer feedback with Product to shape the roadmap.
Create and improve documentation and knowledge base articles, support incident response, and streamline support workflows as a trusted technical advisor.
