Job summary

Salesforce, Ireland is seeking a French-speaking Customer Success Manager in Dublin to partner with customers, accelerate value realization, and champion governance and adoption across Salesforce Clouds.

The role requires deep LoB knowledge, strong consulting skills, and the ability to engage C-level sponsors to drive business outcomes. You will collaborate with account teams and executives to mitigate risk and foster growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of one or more LoBs (cloud/industry).
• Ability to drive executive conversations at the C-level.
• Strong consulting and advisory skills.
• Experience with governance and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Apply Customer Success Methodology to understand goals and adoption.
• Understand customers' Salesforce implementation and evangelize Clouds.
• Guide organizational strategy, governance and change management.
• Demonstrate Salesforce product knowledge for priorities and roadmap.
• Identify risks and build mitigation plans with the account team.
• Develop adoption path with current and target states and timeline.
• Deliver business value by addressing key challenges and growth opportunities.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business leaders.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Executives to network and align goals.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services when needed.
• Proactively communicate product changes and updates.
