Job summary

Salesforce is hiring an experienced Technical Support Engineer in Dublin to join our fast-growing Technical Support Team. You will be the front-line contact when customers need critical technical assistance, combining exceptional customer service with deep technical expertise.

The role requires bilingual communication in Spanish and English, with a strong background in customer success or technical support and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in customer success or technical support for SaaS products.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Salesforce Core CRM, platform technologies, and Agentforce, plus Salesforce certifications or Trailhead Ranger status.
Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, developer tooling, web technologies, and multi-tenant cloud architecture.
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a relevant STEM field.

Responsibilities

Own customer support cases end to end, from initial triage to resolution, ensuring high CSAT and SLA compliance.
Analyze, reproduce, and resolve technical issues, API/integration challenges, and system configurations.
Guide customers on best practices to optimize their workflows and prevent recurring issues, and author Knowledge Base Articles for internal teams and customer self-service.
Partner with engineering, product, account managers, and leadership to resolve complex blockers, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and a collaborative culture.
