Salesforce is seeking a technically skilled Customer Success - Technical Support Engineer in Dublin, fluent in French and English. You will join a fast-paced team supporting Salesforce products, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with Engineering and Product to improve the customer experience.

You will work across live chat, email, and phone, prioritizing requests and delivering high-quality resolutions while creating helpful documentation and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication
• 2 to 4 years of work experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and work across Support, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams

Responsabilités

• Manage and prioritize customer support requests across live chat, email, and phone, owning cases from initial investigation through final resolution
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues using your knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced
• Work with Engineering to identify root causes and escalate product bugs, and partner with Product to share customer feedback that shapes the roadmap
• Create and improve documentation and knowledge base articles, support incident response, and streamline support workflows as a trusted technical advisor
