Job summary

Grouper in Ireland is seeking a French Speaking Project Support Specialist to join our Project Management Team. You will provide first-line support to French-speaking clients, assist with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting, and coordinate project timelines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success, develop product knowledge, and keep stakeholders informed in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or 6 months to 1 year in a relevant area.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Deadline-driven with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment models and post-deployment service operations.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer-facing experience in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Experience managing projects with multitasking and attention to detail.
• Comfort with learning new SaaS tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to French-speaking clients, onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project progress.
• Generate reports on client issues and project status for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the main point of contact between French-speaking clients and internal teams.
