Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding: Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful integration of our products with their existing systems.
• Technical Support: Stay up-to-date on our software integrations and offer expert advice to clients on how to get the most out of our solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey with us.
• Strategic Account Management: Work directly with clients to exceed quarterly and annual targets, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, and engineering) to create high-quality resources for onboarding and troubleshoot as needed.

What Youll Bring

• Experience: At least 2 years in account management, client-facing technical support, pre-sales, or similar roles, ideally within SaaS, IT services, or online marketplace industries.
• Language Skills: C2 or fluent in French (C1 level) with excellent proficiency in English.
• Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
