Qualifications

• Graduate or 6 months to 1 year in a relevant area.

• Excellent documentation, reporting, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities will include basic project coordination and collaboration with various teams to deliver exceptional service. • Keep customers informed of progress and manage exceptions effectively.
• Provide first-line support to French-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly and effectively; assist with onboarding, product training, and troubleshooting.

• Cloud Deployment: Knowledge of cloud deployment models and validation of post-deployment service operations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent documentation, reporting, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Digital Security Awareness: Strong awareness of digital security practices and protocols.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
