Job summary

Planet is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Ireland to be the first contact for customers, assisting with technical inquiries and software integrations. You will analyze and resolve issues, guide customers on using hotel software efficiently, and participate in training sessions to enable seamless daily operations.

After onboarding, you will consult on installations and provide on-site or online training, while collaborating with teams to improve products.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
Experience or education in hospitality or IT-related fields is preferred.
Strong communication, empathy and problem-solving for customer issues.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and consulting to customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Document steps and solutions in line with internal guidelines.
Update knowledge base and ticketing system for efficient processes.
Plan and conduct user trainings online and on-site.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve software and services.
Participate in Out of Hours rotation to ensure coverage.
