Job summary

Intercom in Dublin is seeking a high-energy SMB sales professional to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for 20k–250k ARR. You will generate pipeline with SDRs and Marketing, lead discovery, and deliver compelling demos of the Intercom Suite including Fin AI.

You will navigate procurement and legal processes with cross-functional partners, maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and influence the product roadmap with market feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for EMEA SMB deals (20k-250k ARR).
• Generate pipeline via inbound and outbound activities in partnership with SDRs and Marketing.
• Lead discovery to identify business problems and articulate Intercom value.
• Deliver tailored product demos of Intercom Suite including Fin AI agent.
• Navigate procurement, security, and legal with cross-functional support.
• Forecast, maintain CRM hygiene, and report risks and upside.
• Provide market feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Champion Intercom values in all interactions.
