Job summary

Intercom, a leading customer engagement platform, seeks a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth in our new business segment. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, using a consultative approach and delivering tailored product demonstrations.

You will forecast revenue, stay current on product changes, mentor others, and collaborate with Marketing and Product to push enterprise growth while advancing your career in a rapidly expanding team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (business level) and 5+ years as an Account Executive.
• 3+ years of SaaS sales experience with similar products.
• Strong sales instincts with a track record of hitting/exceeding quotas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving org, handling inbound/outbound opportunities.
• Proven ability to close net new business in competitive landscapes.
• Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity and ambition.
• Spoken French at business level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize our product by driving growth and adoption across Mid-Market.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a consultative approach.
• Provide timely forecasts and clear visibility on revenue performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving products and processes.
• Create tailored product demonstrations for clients.
• Mentor and develop teammates as part of the team.
• Represent customer voice to cross-functional partners (Marketing, Product).
• Contribute to global Enterprise growth and drive process improvements.
