Intercom is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will deliver tailored demonstrations and maintain strong forecasts while collaborating with Marketing and Product to align on customer needs.

You will operate in a fast-moving organization with inbound and outbound opportunities across industries, requiring strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an Account Executive.
• 3+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products.
• Strong sales instincts and track record hitting and exceeding quota.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-moving organization, handling inbound and outbound opportunities across industries and company sizes.
• Ability to close net new business in a competitive landscape.
• Exhibits a growth mindset, curiosity, and ambition.
• Spoken French (business level or higher).

Responsibilities

• Evangelize our product by driving growth and adoption in the Mid-Market segment.
• Manage the full sales cycle for Mid Market customers from prospecting to close.
• Provide timely, accurate forecasts and clear revenue visibility.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving products and processes.
• Create demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Engage in team development and mentoring.
• Represent the voice of the customer to Marketing and Product.
• Contribute to the growth of the global Enterprise business and drive projects to up level the team.
