The K Club, a premier resort in Ireland, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the Hotel Food & Beverage team and ensure a consistent 5-star guest experience. You will oversee restaurant operations, private dining, drawing room and room service, driving quality, service standards and staff performance.

Candidates should bring a proven track record in a similar role, strong communication and customer-relations skills, fluent English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant and all other food service throughout the Hotel through supervision and delegation of duties (private dining, drawing room and room service).
• Provide a 5 star experience to all customers of the resort at all times.
• Control all costs in F&B in the Hotel.
• Control and monitor payroll vs revenue in F&B in the Hotel.
• Manage the Hotel Food & Beverage team with regard to all aspects of food service to ensure standards of presentation and service are maintained.
• Identify training needs, write and maintain effective training manuals with supervising staff and ensure implementation.
• Maintain Time and Attendance system and ensure reports are sent to HR as required.
• Motivate the restaurant team and maintain staff morale.

• To identify training needs, write and maintain effective training manuals with the other supervising staff members and to ensure their implementation with new and existing staff
• To maintain the Time and Attendance system and ensure all reports are completed and sent to the HR department as required
• To motivate the restaurant team and ensure staff morale is kept high at all times
