Job summary

A renowned leisure resort in Dublin is seeking an experienced Assistant Executive Accommodation Manager to oversee the Accommodation team and ensure the delivery of high service standards. You will monitor room cleanliness, train new staff, and foster positive inter-departmental relationships. Strong communication and organization skills are essential. Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Executive Accommodation Manager.
• Experience in a 5-star environment is advantageous.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Accommodation Teams for service standards.
• Allocate and oversee Accommodation team duties.
• Inspect all serviced rooms daily.
• Develop relationships with relevant departments.
• Assist with purchasing housekeeping supplies.
• Train new team members to required standards.
• Uphold cleanliness, health & safety standards.
• Fulfill guest requests efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Update Time & Attendance system when required.
• Monitor daily tasks regarding key control.
• Promote a positive working atmosphere.
• Participate in provided training.

Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life:

• To monitor the Accommodation Teams to ensure that all rooms, private properties and public areas and Clubhouses receive service to the agreed standard
• To allocate and oversee the duties of the Accommodation team to ensure that all rooms apartments and public areas are servicedto the agreed standard
• To inspect all serviced rooms on a daily basis to ensure the agreed standard is being upheld
• Work with and develop excellent relationships with all relevant departments to ensure the efficient running ofthe department
• Assist with purchasing and re-ordering of housekeeping supplies and inventory
• Assist with training of all new team members to the required standard.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, health & safety and conduct.
• Ensure allguest requests are fulfilled in an efficient manner.
• Report all maintenance issues promptly to the maintenance department and follow up to ensure they are rectified to the appropriate standard.
• To update the Time & Attendance system for the Accommodation department when required
• To monitor the daily tasks within the department with regard to key control and lost property procedures
• To promote a positive working atmosphere at all times
• To participate fully in training provided by the company

Experience/ Qualifications

• Will have previous experience as an AssistantExecutive Accommodation Manager
• Experience within a 5* environment is advantageous
• Will possess excellent communication and organisational skills
• Will have fluency in English , both oral and written
• Will be flexible in their working hours
