Job summary

The K Club in Ireland is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our wonderful team at The K Club. This role is based on 39 hours per week with staff transport to and from work outside public transport hours within the local area.

We offer ongoing development with internal and external training, excellent opportunities for progression, and a range of employee benefits including life assurance and meals on duty.

Qualifications

• Flexible in your working hours and understanding that this role requires you to work a variety of shifts.
• Previous experience as a Manager/Supervisor in a 4/5 star hotel.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that all guests needs, and requests are met.
• To train, develop and motivate the team
• To supervise and evaluate staff members
• To ensure all guests billing is correct.
• To sell the resort and it’s facilities
• Assist in pricing products or services
• Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
• Review and prepare reports for senior management
• Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
• Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
• Organise and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency
• To ensure an excellent standard of customer care, service and professionalism are achieved at all times
• Manage and respond to incoming business enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
