Qashio Inc. is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to fuel its European expansion, targeting SMB and Mid-Market segments. The role focuses on driving rapid sales growth, winning new logos, and ensuring customers move from signing to transacting on our platform.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of closing experience, strong prospecting and demo skills, and thrives on achieving monthly and quarterly logo targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting monthly/quarterly logo targets.
• Strong emotional intelligence, objection handling, and opportunity discovery.
• Proficient with HubSpot and modern prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle sales: generate opportunities, qualify inbound leads, negotiate and close.
• Deliver high-impact product demos tailored to client pain points.
• Partner with onboarding to ensure new logos become live, happy, and transacting.
• Maintain daily activity metrics and track sales, forecasting, and market metrics via CRM.
• Learn and apply new sales methodologies to improve win rates.
