DocuSign, Inc. is seeking an SMB Account Executive to drive revenue growth across small and medium businesses. You will balance high-velocity transactional deals with multi-threaded platform engagements, translating IAM and AI-enabled capabilities into measurable ROI.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven quota attainment in SaaS sales; fluent Italian is required. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Legal to close deals and onboard customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying SaaS sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot and prospecting tools.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed quarterly quotas and drive double-digit growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion.
• Proactively build pipeline using multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, messaging).
• Conduct deep discovery to understand pain points across functions and translate capabilities into ROI.
• Use MEDDPICC or similar methodologies to manage deal velocity and forecast.
• Maintain CRM integrity and support seamless deal execution and onboarding.
