Job summary

Workshop Software, Inc. seeks an Account Executive in Dublin to drive SaaS revenue. You’ll deliver tailored product demonstrations, generate pipeline via cold calls, emails, and social touches, and manage multiple accounts to meet monthly quotas. Strong communication and CRM experience are essential.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, build lasting client relationships, and stay ahead of industry trends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of selling experience, preferably in SaaS/B2B software.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and client needs analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver demonstrations of Workshop to prospects tailored to their needs.
• Generate pipeline through cold calls, emails, and social touches.
• Meet or exceed monthly quota and manage negotiations.
• Follow up with prospects across the sales cycle; maintain CRM records.
• Develop sales strategies and analyze data to identify trends.
• Stay current on Workshop offerings and industry trends.
