Job summary

DocuSign is seeking an Account Executive in a hybrid role based in Dublin. You will manage a broad portfolio of existing customers, driving revenue growth by uncovering additional use cases and upselling the DocuSign Agreement Cloud.

This role requires strong relationship skills and a track record in SaaS sales, with the ability to work across services, training, product, and marketing teams. You will qualify opportunities, present value propositions, and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German required.
• Experience in consultative sales and account management, preferably SaaS.
• Experience using sales force automation tools (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Deliver programmatic engagement with existing clients to grow revenue.
• Qualify opportunities based on sales methodology and client fit.
• Position value proposition and link benefits to client business issues.
• Upsell Docusign products and services to expand scope.
• Process sales orders and onboard customers smoothly.
• Collaborate with services, training, product, and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide forecasts.
