Notion is reimagining how enterprise software is sold. As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll own the full customer journey—from first meeting through workflow design, commercial close, implementation, expansion and renewal planning.

You are the single owner of your accounts, ensuring what you sell is realized and adopted. You’ll build live workflow designs with customers, co-create in Notion, and align on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle—from first meeting to renewal.
• Design and build workflow solutions live with customers, turning discovery into implementation.
• Partner with BDRs on target account planning and direct outbound efforts.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, and security reviews to close deals.
• Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan.
• Collaborate with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, expansion strategies, and renewal execution.
