Job summary

ZeroRisk is seeking a Head of Product to lead and scale its product function within a high-growth B2B SaaS organisation. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role will drive product execution, strengthen management capabilities, and ensure alignment between strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

7+ years' experience in product management within B2B SaaS environments.
Proven experience operating at a senior level, working with executive stakeholders and enterprise clients.
Strong track record of leading product execution in distributed or remote teams.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery frameworks.
Experience establishing or scaling product management processes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical capabilities with experience driving data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day execution of the product function, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives.
Own and evolve product management practices to support scale, efficiency, and quality.
Oversee Agile/Scrum processes and ensure consistent delivery across distributed teams.
Partner with the Chief Product Officer to translate product vision and strategy into actionable roadmaps.
Work closely with executive leadership to align product priorities with broader business objectives.
Contribute to strategic planning and product direction.
Work directly with key enterprise customers to ensure delivery meets expectations and drives value.
Translate customer requirements into scalable product capabilities.
Act as a senior product representative in customer discussions where required.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for cohesive development and GTM execution.
Establish and scale best-in-class product management processes and governance.
Improve delivery predictability, resource planning, and execution discipline.
Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Lead customer discovery and feedback initiatives to inform product direction.
Embed data-driven prioritisation and decision-making frameworks.
