Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead our Continental Europe sales organization. You will guide a team of Account Executives across Europe, focusing on mid-market and enterprise customers.

The role requires strong SaaS leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive pipeline generation, forecast accuracy and revenue growth while coaching reps through complex, multi-stakeholder deals across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading successful SaaS sales teams.
• Proven track record of delivering and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and team development.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles across multiple European markets.
• Strong forecasting discipline and sales analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives across Continental Europe
• Drive consistent pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance
• Support reps through complex commercial negotiations and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Partnerships teams
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent
• Monitor key sales metrics and identify opportunities to improve execution and conversion rates
• Contribute to regional go-to-market planning and execution
• Ensure operational discipline across forecasting, CRM hygiene, and sales processes
