Protex AI is seeking an Enterprise BDR to drive growth from the outset. You will be the first contact for target manufacturers and logistics operators, representing our brand and building a robust pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to master outbound prospecting with a clear path to senior sales roles as the company scales. You will be onsite in Dublin or Boston two days per week as part of a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Early-career professional with a genuine passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential industrial and manufacturing companies.
• Develop and run outbound prospecting campaigns.
• Engage decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and support early sales stages.
• Qualify inbound requests and keep CRM up to date.
• Aim to exceed quarterly meeting and opportunity targets.
• Represent Protex AI at conferences across Europe.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to win.
