Tekst is hiring a BDR based at our Ghent HQ to drive international expansion. You’ll proactively identify opportunities, conduct discovery with Directors and VPs, and collaborate with AE/Marketing on ABM strategies.

The role emphasizes AI-powered outreach and a hunter mindset in a fast-growing Enterprise AI environment. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid setup near Ghent, with frequent interactions across the UK and Ireland markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales development or lead generation.
• Strong prospecting and discovery skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities: identify and engage high-potential prospects.
• AI-powered outbound: craft and test outreach with AI tools.
• Master the First Touch: conduct discovery with senior stakeholders.
• Strategic partnering: work with Account Executives on territory plays.
• Become a product expert: stay updated on Tekst roadmap and AI trends.
• Manage the funnel: log activities in CRM and ensure smooth hand-offs.
