Protex AI is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and engaging the next generation of customers. You will be the first point of contact, representing our brand and building a healthy pipeline with outbound prospecting.

Based in a fast-growing startup, you will work with Sales and Marketing to craft campaigns, engage decision-makers, and book meetings for Account Executives. The role offers clear progression into senior sales positions as the company scales.

• Qualify and manage inbound requests; keep CRM up to date.
• Meet and exceed quarterly meeting and opportunity targets.
• Represent Protex AI at Health and Safety conferences across Europe.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing and AE teams.

About the role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you open the doors that drive Protex AI's growth. While our Account Executives focus on closing, you are the force that identifies and engages the next generation of Protex customers.

This is a role for someone who wants to master outbound prospecting from the ground up. You'll be the first point of contact for the companies we want to work with, representing our brand and building the pipeline that fuels the business.

This is a role with a clear path forward — our strongest BDRs grow into senior sales roles as the company scales.

Day to Day

• Identify high-potential companies with industrial, manufacturing, and production sites that would benefit from Protex AI across your region
• Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and run outbound prospecting campaigns, from idea through to qualified call
• Engage safety and operations decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Book qualified introductory meetings for our Account Executives and support them through the early stages of the sales cycle
• Manage and qualify inbound requests
• Keep lead and prospect activity accurate and up to date in our CRM
• Meet and exceed quarterly meeting and opportunity targets
• Represent Protex AI at Health and Safety conferences and expos across Europe
• Build strong relationships with Marketing and the Account Executive team, working together to win

Package:

OTE €60,000 Dublin

OTE $85,000 Boston
