Job summary

Quest Software Canada Inc is seeking high-caliber BDRs to join our Cork-based EMEA team. This role focuses on enterprise pipeline generation through a combination of inbound demand and targeted outbound, powered by AI, data, and buyer intent.

You will work with Account Executives and Sales leadership to drive measurable business impact in a hybrid Cork office. You will engage senior IT, data, security, and business stakeholders, developing value-led conversations and refining messaging with

Qualifications

2–3 years in outbound B2B sales
Strong communication and storytelling abilities
Hunter mentality with resilience and action bias
Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret signals
Highly coachable with commitment to improvement
Interest in technology, data, cybersecurity, and AI
Fluent in English

Responsibilities

Generate high-quality pipeline for strategic/enterprise accounts
Own and convert inbound demand (60%) with speed and qualification
Execute targeted outbound (40%) using multi-channel approaches
Build consultative, value-led conversations with senior stakeholders
Identify customer challenges and map to Trusted Data, AI, and Cybersecurity solutions
Leverage intent data and buying signals to prioritise accounts
Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Sales & Pre‑Sales
Maintain rigorous qualification and clean opportunity handoff (MEDDPICC)
Uphold CRM discipline and pipeline hygiene
Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Marketing and leadership
