Job summary

Tekst is seeking a BDR to drive growth for the UK market from our Ghent HQ. You will lead outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and partner with AEs to build territory plays. Proficiency with AI-powered outreach and MEDDIC framework preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales development.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Fluency in additional European languages.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities and identify high-potential prospects through cold calling, emails, and social selling.
• Conduct high-level discovery calls with Director and VP-level stakeholders using MEDDIC.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop territory plays and ABM strategies.
• Maintain accurate activity in CRM and ensure smooth hand-offs to AE team.
