Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven B2B sales professional in Dublin to own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to close, with strong commission incentives.

You will target life sciences and financial services, book meetings with senior decision-makers, pitch Archer’s recruitment services, and negotiate terms to maximize revenue and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Based in Dublin and able to work in-office Monday–Friday.
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa required.
• Competitive base with uncapped upfront and recurring commission.
• Annual high-performer trips and quarterly rewards.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with key decision-makers across Life Sciences and Financial Services sectors.
• Pitch Archer’s recruitment services directly to C-suite executives and senior leaders.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage ongoing relationships to maximise revenue and commissions.
