Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart building solutions, seeks an EMEA Sales Director - Chillers & Controls to lead the regional DCS strategy across EMEA. You will coach a team of TSAMs and drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share in hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and AI-focused centres.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline (required).
• 10+ years' experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management within data centres, HVAC, controls, or critical infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA data centre market and sales cycles.
• Track record of delivering growth through strategic account management and complex solution selling.
• Strong leadership, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of TSAMs across EMEA.
• Develop and execute the EMEA sales strategy for the Chillers & Controls portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
• Build executive-level relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Support strategic account planning and major project pursuits.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent Johnson Controls at industry events and customer engagements.
