Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for Mission Critical Services to drive growth across EMEA by promoting HVAC service solutions, preventive maintenance, and energy efficiency projects for hyperscale data centers and pharmaceutical clients.

You will collaborate with sustainability managers, engineering teams, project managers and suppliers to tailor solutions, manage quotations and support delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales in HVAC demand planning, inventory management, and process control within an ERP system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to travel nationally and internationally for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Promote Preventive Maintenance Service to Hyperscale Data Centres.
• Engage with pharmaceutical sector clients and client sustainability managers.
• Coordinate quotations, commercial processes, and project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and logistics to align requirements and track progress.
