Job summary

Johnson Controls Ireland HVAC is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for Mission Critical Services to drive growth across EMEA data centers and pharmaceutical clients. You will combine technical sales with project coordination to identify opportunities and deliver tailored HVAC solutions.

You will work with sustainability managers, engineering teams and purchasing to prepare energy-saving proposals, manage quotations, and track financials and forecast monthly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably HVAC.
• Experience with demand planning, inventory management, and ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong stakeholder management.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Action oriented self-starter who is driven to achieve results.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.
• Ability to work with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Promote preventive maintenance services and energy efficiency projects to hyperscale data centers and pharmaceutical clients.
• Develop tailored solutions with engineering teams and manage quotations and commercial processes.
• Coordinate projects from quotation to delivery with internal logistics.
• Report financials and monthly forecasts to MCS management.
• Build relationships with existing clients and identify energy-saving opportunities.
