Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for Mission Critical Services (MCS) to drive growth across hyperscale data centers and pharmaceutical clients in EMEA. You will promote HVAC service solutions, preventive maintenance programmes, and energy efficiency projects, collaborating with sustainability managers, engineering teams and suppliers to tailor solutions and manage quotations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical sales, preferably HVAC.
Demand planning, inventory management, and process control within an ERP system.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Action oriented self-starter who is driven to achieve results.
Flexible and adaptable team player.
Ability to work with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with existing client base in EMEA.
Approach Client Sustainability Managers to identify Energy Saving & sustainability Projects.
Identify legacy opportunities within our back catalogue of clients.
Work with our engineering team to prepare energy saving solutions.
Partner closely with people you support as well as other departments to align requirements with priorities.
Track work and ensure efficient workflow.
Project and task management of all potential projects.
