Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the Eastern European SMB market based in Dublin. You will own end-to-end sales, selling Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce, balancing new business with expansion.

This role requires fluency in Lithuanian/Latvian/Estonian and English, with relocation support to Dublin. The position is hybrid, with a strong focus on cross-functional teamwork and strategic account planning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Full Cycle Sales: lead a dedicated customer set in the Eastern European market, managing complex sales from lead to close.
Strategic Growth: drive performance with a focus on new business and expansion.
Solution Selling: align Salesforce AI and Data solutions to customer goals.
Relationship Building: develop trusted C-level relationships through digital and in-person meetings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with BDR, Pre-sales and Marketing to optimize the market funnel.
