Job summary

Salesforce in Dublin is seeking an Account Executive for the German, Austrian or Swiss SMB market, based in our Dublin hub. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, balancing new business with expansion, and selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce—AI-driven solutions.

The role requires fluency in German and English, and a hybrid work model with relocation assistance to Dublin. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize the market funnel and drive customer

Qualifications

Quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
Territory & Account Planning to achieve sales objectives by identifying prospects and opportunities.
Research and Discovery into a prospect's processes, challenges, and goals.
Solutioning: articulate compelling value propositions addressing customer needs.
Customer Communication using various methods and tools (writing, speaking, presentations).
Resource Application: utilize available resources to drive results.
Team Selling: collaborate with account teams and partners to support deals.
Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

Full Cycle Sales in German, Austrian or Swiss market from lead to close.
Drive strategic growth with focus on new business and expansion.
Use a consultative approach to align Salesforce AI and Data solutions with customer goals.
Build trusted C-level relationships through digital engagement and meetings.
Collaborate across Business Development, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the funnel.
