Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the Netherlands SMB market, based in Dublin. You will own the full sales cycle, selling the Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce AI platforms to new and existing accounts.

Based in our Dublin hub, you will balance prospecting with strategic expansion, working with cross-functional teams to meet challenging revenue targets. This role requires fluency in Dutch and English and a hybrid work setup with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying sales experience in technology solutions.
• Ability to create territory and account plans to hit objectives.
• Research and discovery to uncover processes, challenges, and goals.
• Solutioning to address customer needs with Salesforce AI/Data solutions.
• Clear communication with customers using multiple channels and tools.
• Leverage resources to drive toward results and support deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales for the Netherlands market, managing complex deals from prospecting to close.
• Drive new business and expand existing accounts.
• Position Salesforce AI and Data solutions to customer goals through consultative selling.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders through digital and in-person engagement.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the Dutch market funnel.
