Qualifications

• Demonstrated success of quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
• Territory & Account Planning strategies to achieve sales objectives.
• Research and discovery to understand customer processes and goals.
• Solutioning to address customer needs with technology solutions.
• Customer communication via multiple channels with clarity and cadence.
• Resourceful use of available tools and cross-functional collaboration.
• Team selling alongside the account team to support deals.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set in the Netherlands market, managing end-to-end sales from lead to close.
• Drive growth with a focus on new business and expansion within accounts.
• Use consultative selling to map value propositions to customer needs.
• Build trusted C-level relationships through digital engagement and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with BDR, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the Dutch funnel.
