Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the French Speaking Belux SMB market, based in Dublin with hybrid work and relocation support. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, selling Salesforce AI and Data solutions to new and existing customers.

You will leverage cross-functional teams, develop territory plans, and build executive relationships with decision-makers, balancing new business with strategic expansion in the Netherlands ESMB context.

Qualifications

• Quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
• Create territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Research a prospect’s current processes, challenges and goals.
• Identify compelling value propositions addressing customer needs.
• Communicate clearly via writing, speaking, and presentations.
• Leverage resources and tools to drive results.
• Collaborate with the account team and partners to support the deal.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set in the Netherlands market from lead to close.
• Drive new business and expansion within accounts.
• Consultatively align Salesforce AI and Data to customer goals.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the Dutch market funnel.
