Job summary

Nordicrecruiters is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Dublin team to drive growth and manage the full sales cycle for AI-based solutions. The role combines lead generation, discovery, and closing activities in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will engage prospects through outbound outreach, qualify opportunities, and build long-term relationships with clients, while collaborating with sales and operations to refine strategies and stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and strong English (C1 / B2 or above).
• Proven track record in outbound or inside sales ideally in B2B, technology, SaaS, or similar dynamic environments.
• Strong results orientation, goal-driven approach, and ability to exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasive selling, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work both independently and in a team.
• Basic understanding of technology, willingness to learn complex solutions, and familiarity with CRM or sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting cold calls, email outreach, social engagement and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand customer needs deeply, present tailored solutions, and guide prospects through discovery to closing opportunities.
• Manage client relationships: provide consultative sales support, follow up leads, and deliver high quality customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, pipeline updates, and sales activities in CRM and internal tools.
• Collaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to refine sales strategies, stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings, and help shape business growth.
