Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Customer Retention Consultant in Dublin. This hybrid, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers a salary of €39,200 plus a Sales Incentive Plan. You will build strong relationships with members across the EEA, support renewals, and drive retention through consultative outreach.

You will engage with customers to understand needs, deliver tailored guidance on Bupa Global products, and contribute to growth while delivering excellent experiences at every stage of the journey.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; additional European language skills advantageous.
• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and quality targets.
• Strong customer service experience to build trust with customers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing or contact centre environment.
• Experience selling high-value products or services.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers; support retention, renewals, and account growth through inbound and outbound contact.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored information on Bupa Global products and services.
• Handle customer sales enquiries and work proactively for positive outcomes.

• Identify opportunities during renewals to support retention initiatives.
