Action24, a customer-focused services company in Ireland, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a nationwide team. You will manage customer queries via phone and email, advise on pricing, process orders and prepay bookings, while delivering friendly, professional support.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement after probation, a performance bonus, and educational support. A minimum of two years in customer service and strong written/verbal communication are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Customer Service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Must be customer-focused with the ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Proven track record of achieving / overachieving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer queries via phone, email etc.
• Communicate any issues to the relevant departments
• Provide expert customer service consistently
• Communicate with the customer in a friendly and professional manner
• Process orders, advise customers on pricing
• Complete and process prepay bookings
