Job summary

CREGG Group is seeking a Customer Value Management Agent in Limerick, Ireland, to handle incoming/outgoing queries, including cancellations, sales, and house move requests. You will provide first‑class support with full training and a view to a permanent position.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month, starting 9:00am–6:30pm. Hybrid work may be available after training, with a basic salary of €28,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is desirable.
• Experience in a retention or customer value role is an advantage.
• Excellent phone-based communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and in a team, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle incoming and outbound customer queries professionally and politely.
• Take ownership of customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support growth through upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Provide proactive updates to customers and minimise disruption.
• Own the customer journey and ensure a seamless experience.
• Work towards individual and team targets and contribute to the department.
