Job summary

Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant who will own and grow a book of business by connecting customer needs with Notion workflows and AI-enabled solutions. You will lead discovery, qualify business impact, and guide opportunities through the evaluation and procurement process, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure success.

You will design and validate workflow solutions live with customers, map current and future state processes, and drive measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Create pipeline across your book of business and drive opportunities from discovery to close.
• Lead discovery, qualify needs, align stakeholders, shape solutions and drive commercial decisions.
• Map workflows, co-build Notion solutions, define scope and success criteria, and translate needs into a business case.
• Coordinate with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and product specialists to maintain momentum and clear next steps.
• Drive post-signature value realization with adoption plans, expansion opportunities and renewal planning.
