Job summary

Notion is redefining enterprise software sales, and the Solutions Consultant is central to that model. You will own the end-to-end customer journey—from discovery through deployment, expansion, and renewal—as the sole owner of your book of business.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle B2B software sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
• Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
• Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or CS team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle—from initial meeting to renewal—acting as the single account owner.
• Design and build workflow solutions live with customers: discovery is the demo, and co-build in Notion with the customer.
• Partner with BDRs on target account planning and co-own outbound motion for your book, including direct outreach to priority stakeholders.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals with the right scope and path.
• Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan and handoff to Outcomes Architects for ongoing expansion.
• Collaborate with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, adoption plans, expansion strategies, and renewal execution—owning the commercial arc.
• Map customer workflows to business outcomes and adoption plans, and communicate value clearly to technical and business buyers.
• Maintain an enthusiastic, proactive approach to AI tools and new workflows to continually improve customer value.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder discussions including procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
