Job summary

Notion, based in Dublin, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the full customer journey from discovery to renewal for enterprise-scale workflows. You will design live workflow solutions with customers, translating designs into commercial outcomes and driving adoption while aligning with AI-enabled productivity.

This role reports to the enterprise team and involves collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live in front of a customer.
Strong discovery and qualification instincts; map workflows to outcomes.
Experience navigating procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
Ability to own the room and drive new ideas and workflows.
Ambition for AI and using tools to boost productivity and collaboration.
Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

Own the full customer lifecycle - new logo, expansion, and renewal as the single account owner.
Design and build workflow solutions live with customers; discovery becomes the demo.
Partner with BDRs on target account planning and outbound motion for your book.
Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals.
Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan and handoff to OA.
Partner with OA on onboarding, adoption plans, expansion strategies, and renewal execution.
