Job summary

n8n is seeking a Senior Pricing Lead to shape the pricing strategy for a global SaaS platform. You will own the analytical foundations, design packaging, and drive cross-functional pricing decisions across Product, Sales, Finance, and Data.

You’ll build models, run experiments, and roll out pricing changes across self-serve and Enterprise motions, while balancing adoption, revenue, and customer value in a remote-first, Europe-wide team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pricing, monetisation or commercial strategy with a major pricing transition.
• Designed and rolled out consumption-, outcome-, or AI-native pricing at a >$100M ARR company.
• Experience with self-serve and Enterprise motions across funnel stages.
• Ability to build and reason about unit economics, cost-to-serve and margins.
• Understanding billing — metering, rating, entitlements, proration and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Build the analytical foundation connecting unit economics, run costs and willingness-to-pay.
• Maintain competitive market intelligence to keep pricing aligned with a fast-moving category.
• Lead pricing experiments and translate results into reusable learnings.
• Shape plan design and packaging for community, self-serve and Enterprise tiers.
• Roll out major pricing changes end-to-end with cross-functional alignment.
