Qualifications

• Product design leadership including managing managers and building design teams.
• Experience leading design across complex or developer-facing products.
• Ability to set a quality bar and establish critique rituals.
• Strategic influence and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering.
• Structured problem-solving under ambiguity and AI-era product judgment.
• Data-informed decision making and research integration.
• Org design and performance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear, consistent quality bar for design work and build rituals to sustain craft.
• Shape product strategy and bring design thinking into roadmaps and decisions.
• Lead and grow the design team, including hiring and headcount planning.
• Build research into decision-making, connecting customer insight to product outcomes.
• Foster practical AI adoption in design, and evolve the design system and QA practices.
