Job summary

Bentley Systems seeks a senior Pricing & Monetization professional to translate product strategy into effective pricing, packaging, and commercialization plans. You will partner with Product Management, Commercial Strategy, Finance, and Marketing to optimize value across the product lifecycle.

This role requires strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills and a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a hybrid work environment with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of pricing/packaging experience.
• Experience in B2B software or SaaS pricing, monetization, and go-to-market strategies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Strong understanding of software business models including subscription, perpetual, and usage-based monetization.
• Demonstrated capability to build business cases and executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies across Bentley's product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to support launches and pricing governance.
• Translate product capabilities into quantified business value through analyses and market assessments.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs to optimize portfolio performance and revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities for promotions, bundles, and growth initiatives.
• Contribute to market research, account interviews, and competitive analyses.
