Job summary

Patch My PC is seeking an Account Manager to grow and support our channel partner ecosystem. This fully remote role reports to a UK-based leader and manages a portfolio of channel partners, VARs and MSPs, serving as the primary contact for new business opportunities, renewals, onboarding, and operational support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with channel partners, MSPs, or resellers in account/partner management.
• Experience in B2B technology accounts with indirect or channel-influenced sales.
• Strong ability to identify renewal risks and expansion opportunities.
• Proven track record delivering a high-quality partner and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of small partners and MSPs, including deal registration and communication.
• Own post-sales lifecycle for channel-sourced accounts: onboarding, renewals, expansions, and licensing.
• Serve as primary Patch My PC contact for end-user customers while coordinating with partners on renewals and upgrades.
• Collaborate with the Partner Development Manager on renewal strategy and expansion opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with partners and customers via timely communication and proactive guidance.
• Maintain CRM hygiene: device counts, renewal dates, partner tiers, and attribution visibility.
• Advocate for the customer within the partner relationship, surfacing adoption signals and satisfaction feedback.
