Job summary

Hyperproof is looking for a remote Partner Success Manager in Ireland to expand its post-sale reach and build strong partner relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of partner-facing experience, preferably in a cybersecurity-related context.

You will manage a significant book of business, working collaboratively to develop strategies that drive partner retention and expansion. The role offers a supportive remote work environment and generous benefits, including a home office allowance and personal leave entitlements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing role, ideally in sales or customer success.
• Knowledge of the MSP space, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and a large book of business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business of several hundred partners and customers.
• Deliver solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and grow partner adoption.
• Build and maintain relationships with multiple contacts within partner organizations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals around partner retention and satisfaction.
