Job summary

Patch My PC is seeking a fully remote Account Manager to grow and support our channel partner ecosystem. You will manage a high-volume portfolio of small and mid-sized partners, VARs, and MSPs, serving as their day-to-day contact for new business opportunities, renewals, onboarding, and operational support.

You will also partner with Strategic Partners to enable end customers and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with channel partners, MSPs, resellers, or distributors in a account management role.
• Experience managing B2B technology accounts in an indirect or channel-influenced sales environment, with ability to build end-user relationships while respecting partner ownership.
• Strong commercial acumen with renewals, expansions, and customer health signals; deliver consultative partner experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage new business from small partners and MSPs, including deal registration, partner communication, and follow-through.
• Own the post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of channel-sourced accounts, supporting onboarding, renewals, expansions, licensing, and partner success.
• Serve as the primary Patch My PC contact for end-user customers while coordinating with the originating partner on renewals, upgrades, and other commercial activities.
• Collaborate with the Partner Development Manager to align on renewal strategy and expansion opportunities.
