Job summary

Huntress, a fully remote cybersecurity company, seeks a Channel Account Manager to drive expansion and renewal outcomes with partner accounts worldwide. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners succeed with Huntress and improve customer outcomes.

Leverage your experience in account management and the MSP space, collaborate across stakeholders, and use AI tools to prepare for meetings and drive faster, informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, customer success, partner success, or channel/direct sales roles.
• Experience in mid-market and below is preferred, with knowledge of the MSP space.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage partner activity.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quota based on expansion and renewal outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, increasing satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Use AI tools to prepare for meetings, summarize calls, and stay organized.
• Maintain Huntress culture in collaboration and partner support.
